About

The symbol of Expo ’70 held in Senri hill Osaka, created by Taro Okamoto(artist, 1911-1996).
It is a huge building 70 meters high that rises at the entrance to the Expo’70 Commemorative Park. And it is still popular because of its unique appearance and presence, and a large number of visitors from around the country visit for appreciation.
In recent years, a tour to appreciate the interior of this tower has begun and has gained popularity.

大阪万博記念公園の入り口にそびえ立つ高さ70メートルの巨大な建造物「太陽の塔」。設計は岡本太郎。その独特の外見と存在感から現在も人気が高く、全国から多数の見学者が鑑賞に訪れる。
近年この塔の内部を鑑賞できるツアーが始まり、人気を博している。
